Great stuff Nikolas!

I love the idea of a retro theme for the contest. This will be lots of fun.

Toontrack has got some great products, that's very cool that they're sponsoring this contest.

The extra cool thing is that they keep replenising their products with more kits, etc, so you don't run out of "sounds" and "samples"!

I have DFH superior, and I know that so do you, but I wouldn't mind getting my hands on EZdrummer as well and especially clastrophobic.

Tricky question...

The theme is "RETRO", so obviously it should sound RETRO. Not a remix (take an old theme and make it new). That IS different. Now 8-bit style, synth style, etc, it's all your call. But no copyright violations please!

Well... This is your chance to try I guess, no?

I mean, I've never done it either, but some synths here and there would help very much I guess. As well as listening a bit of old computer game music... You won't believe how nice it sounds and how many people enjoy such tunes
