Hello.

You may have noticed that the old art competition forums have vanished. They're not deleted - just moved out of the way so that we can draw a line under them, learn from mistakes made, and move on.

As I said in my post in those old forums, I will make sure that we sort something out for the winner of the last spooned-up competition before we start anything new - so sorry once again for what has been a complete cock-up.

Oh, and Mcameron - thanks for your recent post in the competition thread, sorry for moving it all out of the way, please feel free to upload your work into the Gallery if you wish

Thanks for your patience and understanding

Its alright, hardly your fault. I'm sure that with the snazzy new web page design that we'll have a ton of entries for the next art competition.

We have two competitions to wrap up.

Winter Wonderland was won by Cocefi
Light Fantastic was won by Mash Potato

For these two winners (and I will e-mail Cocefi since he's not around on the forums anymore) we'd like to offer a canvas print of, well, whatever you'd like. It could be some of your artwork, a photo of family or friends, your dog... anything you like printed onto canvas and mounted on a wood frame.

It's a 100% Premium cotton canvas hand stretched around a pine wood frame, professionally printed using the finest quality UV colourfast inks designed to last in excess of 75 years without fading.

The following sizes are available to choose from

20x20 inches
20x16 inches (if you'd prefer it to be a portrait or landscape format)

Please e-mail the picture you'd like printed to me andy@cgempire.com along with what size print you'd like and your postal address.

We will cover all postage costs.

Thanks, and a (very) belated congratulations.

YAY!!!

Congratulations to Cocefi and MashPotato

(Mash, your canvas has already been printed so no need to email! We figured that you would want a 20*20 print of my Avatar, so it's been done! Lucky you!)

Hi ho,

Took me a while to locate this thread... lol...

Thanks Andy for taking the trouble to contact me!
Thanks for the awesome prize! I've sent off a reply to the email.

And congrats Mash! I'm sure Frontsy will be a fine addition to your art collection!

'Cock-up' is a funny expression. I think it might even replace 'fuckstick' for favorite swear .

Oh, and gratz to Mash and Cocefi .
